At CC Hair & Beauty, we aim to process and deliver all orders as quickly and securely as possible.
We partner with trusted couriers to ensure that your items arrive safely and on time.
1. Dispatch & Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.

We may contact you to verify address or payment details before dispatch to protect against fraudulent orders.
2. Delivery Options (UK Mainland)
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using Royal Mail, DHL, and other tracked couriers.

3. Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our store at:

Collection hours: 12pm – 6pm, Monday to Saturday

We’ll email you when your order is ready — please wait for confirmation before collecting.

Bring your order confirmation and payment card (for verification).

Orders not collected within 10 days may be cancelled and refunded.
4. Delivery Address Policy
To protect our customers from fraud, your billing and delivery addresses must match for Next Day Delivery.
If you need delivery to a different address, we may require proof of address or payment verification before dispatch.
We appreciate your understanding — these steps help prevent unauthorised use of cards.
5. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery:

The courier may leave a calling card or email/text with redelivery instructions.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-send it once redelivery costs are paid.

If you choose not to reattempt delivery, we’ll refund the product cost (excluding shipping fees).
6. Returns & Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of unsealed items, wigs, or virgin hair extensions, unless faulty or sent in error.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Always obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
Once we receive your return, we’ll email you confirmation and issue your refund within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact info@cchairandbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos and will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
8. Legal Rights
This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
